What Is a DTF Transfer and How Is It Different From Screen Printing?
DTF prints your art in full color onto a film that is heat pressed onto the shirt, while screen printing pushes ink through a separate screen per color. DTF handles unlimited colors and tiny runs.
How Does a DTF Print Feel Compared With Screen Printing?
Smoother and a little heavier. A transfer is a thin layer bonded to the fabric, so on a large solid area you notice it more than ink, which soaks into the fibers. On smaller designs it is hard to notice.
Will a DTF Transfer Crack or Peel in the Wash?
Pressed and cured properly it should not. DTF is designed to stretch with the fabric, and washing inside out in cold water with low dryer heat keeps it that way.
Can You Print a Photo on a Shirt?
Yes, that is what DTF is best at. A photograph prints with all its shading and color as a single transfer. Send the highest resolution version you have.
Can I Order Just a Few Shirts With DTF?
