How Embroidery Pricing And Digitizing Actually Work
Embroidery is priced differently than a print. There are no screens, so a second or a fifth thread color doesn't add a setup the way ink colors do. Stitch count and quantity move the price. A small left chest logo carries far fewer stitches than a full back, so it costs less per piece, and the whole run shares one digitizing file.
Digitizing is the step most people never see. Your logo is a picture. The machine needs a map of every stitch, its direction and its order. We build that file ourselves, so when a font is too small to sew cleanly we thicken it, drop the tagline or suggest a patch, and you hear it from the person doing the work.

A machine can't read a JPEG. Digitizing converts your art into a stitch file with every stitch's direction and order. We do it in house, so revisions happen where the sewing does, and the file is kept for reorders.
Do you do 3D puff embroidery on hats?
Yes. Puff uses foam under the thread to raise bold lettering and suits chunky block letters on trucker and snapback caps. Fine detail stays flat or goes on a patch.
Can you make patches instead of stitching straight onto the garment?
Yes, both. Custom embroidered patches, leather patches and hat patches are a big part of what we make, and they hold fine detail better than direct stitching on some fabrics. We sew them on or hand them over loose.
What if my design would look better printed?
Then we print it. Screen printing and DTF run in the same shop, so a gradient logo or a photo goes to the press while the hats stay embroidered, on one order.
